Eliminate Negativity
“You can not have a negative mind and positive life”
NO one in this world is perfect, ups and downs are part of the game. Not everyone has everything they have dreamt of. Those social media Icons, you are inspired by, only show you what they want you to see. How they are managing and struggling behind the camera is another story.
we see others as more blessed and happy, we always denigrate ourselves, curse the lifestyle we have, and become ungrateful. we find no reason to be thankful to ALLAH & thrust ourselves into the cave of negativity where we see nothing but darkness.
Negativity is hopelessness, Negativity will always lead us towards the worst. With negativity there comes nothing good. A negative person is hard to cheer up. A negative mind will find fault in everything.
How society plays a role in making a negative mind?
Negative minds ain't born negative, with their low self-esteem, society plays a major role in making them more pessimist. our society has set some toxic standards. We have become more materialistic than ever. People these days think that only money can buy happiness, the brand you wear, the car you driving, the phone you are using, and the area you are living in. People will never see who you are but what you have, and that’s not it, they will look down upon those who are struggling for food.
Mocking people for what they haven’t, like fair complexion, ideal height, and zero figure. Which makes people more depressed that eventually leads them to negativity.
Negative people always think to run from their problem and the only solution they find is “SUICIDE”. Committing suicide doesn't mean that people want to die but they see death as the only solution to end their depression, their stress, and their negativity.
How can we help negative minds?
If we see a person talking openly about the pain, eath, giving away stuff, and saying goodbye that's when they need us the most, that when we should bring them towards positivity.
- Try to talk to the person and figure out what they are going through.
- Give them hope.
- Introduce them to a trained counselor.
- Befriend them and value them.
- Ignore the negative comments
- Don’t judge.
always remember; things are replaceable people ain’t. people were born to love. Things were created to be used.Approach people with kindness and love. Love them for what they are.
